ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ordering and Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Before placing your order, please understand the following:
HTV / VINYL is ON-HAND and READY TO SHIP, unless it is on order or backorder from the manufacturers. I ask for 1-3 business days processing time to prepare your order for shipment.
APPAREL PRODUCTS are READY TO SHIP, unless it is on backorder or shown as out-of-stock with my supplier. I ask for 5-7 business days processing time to prepare your order for shipment.
PRE-ORDERS: These are handled separately, and you MUST read the processing time on each of these products. It is also ESSENTIAL that you understand these can sometime take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to process for shipment. Some of the Pre-Orders come from overseas, while others may come from here in the US, but I need time to gather enough orders.
****PLEASE NOTE**** I do not break orders apart into separate shipments. Therefore, you if you combine your READY TO SHIP items with a PRE-ORDER or CUSTOM ORDER that may take longer to ship - your READY TO SHIP items will go out when the PRE-ORDER / CUSTOM ORDER is ready to ship. Additionally, if an item states "out of stock" next to it, your entire order WILL NOT SHIP until I am able to fulfill the entire order. So, if you order an item that is currently out of stock, it WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER. In some cases, it would be in your best interest to place multiple orders if you are in need of one item sooner than another.
JS WHOLESALE SUPPLY uses United States Postal Service to ship all packages.
Please read the process for each item carefully before purchasing. Some items are ready to ship, and others are pre-orders that will have a certain time frame in which to order, then it will be purchased in bulk to get you the best deal possible, and I will ship immediately once it arrives.
Please remember if you combine pre-orders / custom items with ready to ship items all items will be held and shipment will be delayed until the pre-orders / custom items are ready to ship.
****Orders for pre-ordered or custom items cannot be canceled.
JS WHOLESALE SUPPLY is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to an incorrect addresses which was provided when placing your order. If a mistake was made, or something changes before shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused due to weather, mechanical error, or other problems involving the Postal Service. It will be up to you to contact the USPS and launch an investigation. Once it leaves our hands, and shows receipt from the USPS, it is unfortunately out of our control.
JS WHOLESALE SUPPLY is not able to offer refunds or discounts for incorrect addresses or delayed packages.
